Our strainers can be fabricated with pressure and flow rates customized to specific application requirements. Fabricated in common and exotic alloys, such as carbon steel, 300 series stainless steel, titanium, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy alloys.
Strainers are commonly fabricated with quick open closures and designed for sour or sweet service with many NDT (non-destructive testing) requirements. Such as 100% radiography, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing and dye penetrant testing. All welding adheres strictly to T.S.S.A. standards and Section VIII of the ASME code.
Many Strainer accessories are available for application specific needs. Including magnetic particle separators, mesh lined baskets, wedge wire baskets, as well as internal and external replacement parts.
IN-LINE strainers are fabricated in sizes up to 60″ and are furnished with baskets with perforations or mesh to meet customer requirements.
Standard strainer baskets are made of stainless steel perforated plate with or without a mesh lining as per customer requirement.
Baskets with any commercially available mesh and/or perforated plate can be supplied.
T and Y strainers of any size, material, and pressure rating can be fabricated to accommodate any line of meters and piping systems in use. Consult our engineers for specific requirements.
