FORMflo™ The Perfect Fit

Pureworld’s FORMflo™ felt filter bag series transforms the standard bulky steel ring filter bag into an element formed for “The Perfect Fit.” Our proprietary media-forming process creates a filter bag which uses a conventional steel ring retainer combined with a body formed to fit a conventional retainer basket perfectly, without the excess bulk of a conventional steel ring filter bag.

  • Silicone free felt media for paint and automotive applications
  • Felt media has outer surface treatment to prevent loose fibres and downstream migration
  • Standard and Extended life polypropylene and polyester felt is available
  • Fully welded/thermally bonded seams on standard bags for bypass-free filtration
  • Capable of replacing PALL, FSI, Eaton 3M, GAF filter bags
  • PO felt filter bag series is available in 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 150 and 200 microns
  • POXL felt filter bag series is available in 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 microns
  • PE felt filter bag series is available in 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, and 200 microns
  • PEXL felt filter bag series is available in 1, 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 microns

  • Filter media: Polypropylene felt (PO), Polypropylene extended life felt (POXL) Polyester felt (PE), Polyester extended life felt (PEXL)
  • Retainer Options: Zinc plated steel ring, Stainless steel ring, Plastic ring
