Johnson Screens’ 120° sieve bend boxes are used for fine solids separation. The slurry is continuously pressure-fed onto the Vee-Wire® screen, where the liquid drains through the slots as the solids slide to the bottom of the screen.
Constructed from 316L stainless steel (other options available upon request). Available in single, double and triple screen Units. Sight doors to monitor flow conditions. Process flow designed for even distribution through nozzles that can increase screen life by up to 30%.
Vibratory Assemblies are used for dewatering and sizing fine slurry feed. The vibrations are evenly distributed on the screen surface by our patented dual vibratory motor/shaft combination, thus effectively achieving higher flow rates and sizing down to 200 microns.
Wire-Static Assemblies used widely in the food, sugar, pulp, paper and waste water industries, there are no moving parts. The screens are self-cleaning with very low maintenance requirements.
