The fully automated Model 30 design works well for high-volume polymer for critical applications. The unit features a SS/Viton construction progressive cavity pump (optional gear pump) to ensure an accurate and reliable, non-pulsating, low shear supply of polymer to the SS Tri-Clamp Blending System. The Model 30’s dual dilution piping arrangement provides the highest polymer activation level. All systems come with low water flow, and polymer fail-safe devices, Industrial grade components, and controls, ensure years of trouble-free operation. Drip containment, client-specified parts, and control options available. Power supply 575, 460 VAC. Higher capacity system designs are available upon request.
