Model 40 – “High Volume” w/Flow Control

The Model 40 is designed for large volume polymer in critical process applications. The unit features an SS/Viton construction progressive cavity (optional gear) pump to ensure accurate, reliable, non-pulsating, low shear, supply of polymer to the SS Tri-Clamp Blending System.
Model 40 systems provide programmable polymer and water flow monitoring and control devices to provide precise and consistent process dosing. The standard dual dilution piping arrangement ensures the highest level of polymer activation.
All systems come with low water fl ow and polymer fail safe devices, industrial grade components, and controls, as well as optional drip containment. Power 575/460 vac. Higher capacity system designs available upon request.
